Treatments
Facial aesthetics
Preserve personal beauty.
Individual facial aesthetics with medical diagnostics and clear indication. Minimally invasive options come first; surgery only when it better serves the personal goal.
What makes sense is decided after examination, diagnosis and your personal goals — not by trend.
At MEDISMILE Budapest, planning starts with a personal examination; options, limits, risks and alternatives are explained before treatment is agreed.

Treatment spectrum
01 · Analysis & planning
Skin analysis
Structured assessment of skin quality, volume, expression and proportions — leading to a clear sequence of options and limits.
Medical framing02 · Expression & volume
Botulinum toxin
Selective reduction of muscle activity to soften dynamic lines while keeping natural expression. Masseter indications linked to bruxism are coordinated with the functional dental plan when relevant.
Medical framingHyaluron & fillers
Volume and contour planned conservatively with tissue quality, vessels and facial movement in mind.
Medical framing03 · Skin quality
Skinboosters
Hydrating agents placed to support moisture, elasticity and surface — not to add bulk.
Medical framingPolynucleotides (PN/PDRN)
Intradermal treatments offered to support skin quality. Product status, suitability and risks are assessed individually.
Medical framingPRP autologous treatment
Platelet-rich plasma prepared from the patient’s blood may support selected skin-quality goals after individual assessment.
Medical framingRadiofrequency therapy
Controlled heat energy to stimulate collagen production and gently firm the skin — non-invasive, without threads or surgery. Suitability and expected effect are assessed individually.
Medical framing04 · Tightening & surgery
Thread tightening
Primarily tissue support — not a facelift substitute. Thread type, plane and limits are set individually.
Medical framingEyelid surgery
Excess skin and deeper tissue corrected with attention to function and natural lid form — within OMFS facial anatomy competence.
Medical framingMini & facelift
Repositioning descended tissue rather than pulling skin alone — scope follows findings and goals.

Frequently asked questions
Can botulinum toxin replace filler — or the other way round?+
No. At MEDISMILE they answer different questions: toxin calms overactive expression; hyaluron restores volume or contour. Face, skin and goal decide — considered together.
Are threads a detour around surgery?+
Threads can support tissue and soften early laxity. They are not a disguised facelift — when an operation suits the face better, we say so clearly.
What does a skinbooster realistically achieve?+
Moisture and surface quality rather than a fuller look. We use it when skin quality is the priority — not missing volume.
How do we decide what suits a face?+
Personal examination first: skin, volume, expression, proportion. Options, limits and alternatives come before any plan.
